Nneka Mini Camp 2023, held at Dzelukope in the Keta

  The Nneka Mini Camp 2023, held at Dzelukope in the Keta Municipality saw 1,350 participants from 3 districts; Anloga, Keta and South Tongu receive transformative experiences over a 3day period between the 20th to 23rd of June. In collaboration with the Municipal and District Chief Executives and Education Directors, Nneka Youth Foundation set out to host 500 campers aged 12 and above. By close of 20th, the day of opening, over a thousand three hundred participants arrived in camp. Thanks to the Anloga District Chief Executive Hon Yormevu, who provided free transportation for his participants. The 3-day camp offered diverse activities designed to promote holistic development and foster a sense of self-belief. The participants were engaged in interactive sessions focused on leadership and personal development. Gorvenment Imposed of Curfew on Alavanyo and Nkonya Townships in the Oti Region

A town in Ghana's Volta Region is called Alavanyo. The Alavanyo Secondary Technical School is renowned for being in the town.The institution offers a second cycle of education. The settlement of Nkonya is located in Ghana's Oti Region. Nine towns make up the state as a whole: Ahenkro, Asakyiri, Betenase, Kadjebi, Ntsumuru, Ntumda, Tayi, Tepo, and Wurupong. The Nkonya Senior High School is famous in the area.The institution offers a second cycle of education. The Nkonya language is the primary tongue in the town and surrounding area. With effect from Sunday, June 18, 2023, the Interior Minister has extended the curfew in place in the Oti Region's Alavanyo and Nkonya Townships and the areas around them from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The government continues to thank the chiefs, elders, opinion leaders, young people, and residents of the region for their efforts to maintain peace in the region and encourages them to use the existing channels for resolving any of their problem
