 Fifi Kwetey calls for the Rawlings family to fully return to the NDC core. Fifi Fiavi Kwetey, the General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has called for the complete reintegration of the late President Jerry John Rawlings' family into the party's foundation.  He said that in order to honour the late president's legacy and carry on the work he started, this was crucial.   He made the call on Sunday, June 22, 2025, the party's observance of Rawlings' 78th birthday, which the party now observes as "Rawlings Day" every year. Mr. Kwetey emphasised that without actively involving the Rawlings family, the NDC could not adequately maintain its foundation. "The time has come for the Rawlings family to once more be at the core of everything with them," he stated.  Frederick Tettey, an Anlo Land resident, donates 250 maths sets to help applicants for the Anlo BECE.   Frederick Tettey, a member of the Anlo Constituency's New Patriotic Party, has demonstrated his dedication to education by giving 250 sets of mathematical sets,ruler and pencils to a few chosen in Anloga District.  The donation, which was made on Monday, June 9, is part of a continuous effort to support applicants for the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE). Frederick highlighted in a statement the importance of making the donation and how hard it was for him to obtain mathematical sets while he was a student at Anseco Basic School.   The following are the schools that received the pencils, pens, plastic rulers, and mathematical sets:   Woe DA Basic School, Anseco Elementary School and Agorve DA Basic School. all in Anloga constituency
